INSTIVAL - Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with INSTIVAL! We are committed to delivering your intelligently designed wellness solutions as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing:

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 4-5 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • High Volume Periods: Please note that during peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

  • You can track your order using the Track your order page.

Shipping Locations:

  • Instival now offers international shipping.

Damages & Issues During Shipping:

  • If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Please also contact us at shop.instival@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the damage, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the matter with the carrier or provide guidance. 

Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Undeliverable Packages:

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the package is unclaimed or refused, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to reship the order. Alternatively, we may issue a refund for the product cost, less the original shipping fees.
